Client Portal and Share Links
Give each client a public view of tracked hours and projects, controlled by a toggle and a share link you can regenerate.

Overview
Client Portal and Share Links is a TimeCampus concept for showing clients the work behind an invoice through a shareable link rather than a hand-built spreadsheet. Agencies, consultancies and freelancers routinely field the same question, how many hours went into this and where, and usually answer it by exporting reports by hand. The design gives each client a public-facing portal fed by tracked time and keeps control of who can see it in the team's hands.
The illustrated screen is a single management view. Under the heading Client Portal, a short line explains its purpose: managing client access, links and public-facing reports. A search box, a client filter and a sort control sit above a grid of client cards. Each card shows the client's initials badge and name, the number of projects and the total tracked hours, and the first card also shows how long the client has been on the books. A Public Access switch marks each portal active or inactive, and two buttons, Share link and Regenerate, copy the portal's link or replace it with a new one. A client whose access is switched off shows the toggle in its inactive state, with no link actions.
A Preview Window on the right shows what the selected client would see: the portal title, total tracked hours and project count, hours for the current month, the size of the active team and a weekly hours trend. New Client and Settings buttons in the header add clients and adjust portal options.
Regenerating a link is the design's simple answer to sharing risk. If a link is forwarded too widely or an engagement ends, the old address can be retired without touching the underlying data. In the wider product, the portal draws on the same projects, time entries and approvals as the rest of TimeCampus, so the figures a client sees come from the same tracked time the team works from rather than a separately assembled report. All client names and figures shown are sample data.

Client Portal Management and Preview
This illustration shows the Client Portal page of a desktop web app, with an icon sidebar for Dashboard, Clients, Projects, Invoices, Team, Reports and Settings, and a Logout item at the bottom. The header describes the page as managing client access, links and public-facing reports, with New Client and Settings buttons. Below a search box, an all-clients filter and a sort-by-active control, four client cards each show an initials badge, client name, project count and tracked hours. Three cards have the Public Access switch turned on, with Share link and Regenerate buttons, while one is switched off and marked inactive. A Preview Window on the right shows the selected client's portal: total tracked hours, number of projects, current-month hours, active team size and a weekly hours area chart. Clients and figures are sample data; the design demonstrates per-client control over what is shared.
